Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Omba Travel, we understand that plans may change. While we hope your trip to Bhutan goes smoothly, here’s our cancellation and refund policy in case changes are unavoidable.
Trip Cancellation Policy
For cancellations after booking, the following charges apply:
- More than 60 days before travel: USD 150 per person, advance hotel payments and transfer charges.
- Between 60 – 10 days before travel: 45% of the package cost.
- Within 10 days of travel: 100% of the package cost.
Air Ticket Cancellation Policy
For cancellations of flights after booking, the following charges apply:
- More than 30 days before travel: 75% refund.
- 30 – 10 days before travel: 50% refund.
- 4 – 10 days before travel: 25% refund.
- Within 4 days of travel: No refund.
Itinerary, invoices and receipts
Itinerary
At Omba Travel, we provide a detailed itinerary for every trip, outlining your day-to-day schedule, accommodation details, transportation arrangements, and key experiences. Your itinerary ensures a well-organized and seamless travel experience, allowing you to make the most of your time in Bhutan.
Invoice
Upon booking confirmation, we issue a formal invoice outlining the total cost of your trip, including accommodation, transportation, visa or permit, and any additional services. This serves as an official record of your payment and booking details.
Receipt
For every payment made, whether partial or full, Omba Travel provides an official receipt acknowledging the transaction. This receipt can be used for reference or reimbursement purposes if required.
